MY SUCCESS STORY
Six months ago, I decided it was time for real change. I worked out every day but I was still feeling sluggish, my energy levels were low, and I knew I wasn’t taking care of my body the way I should. So, I made the commitment to completely overhaul my lifestyle and diet. When I started my own strength program, I weighed 170lbs and had 22% body fat. My ultimate goal was to decrease my body fat because high body fat directly correlates with chronic disease.
It wasn’t easy at first, but I focused on making small, sustainable changes—swapping out unhealthy foods, prioritizing balanced meals, and getting consistent with my workouts.
As the weeks went by, I started to notice a difference. My energy levels improved, I felt stronger, and the pounds began to drop. It wasn’t about quick fixes or crash diets; it was about building habits that would last a lifetime. Over the course of six months, I lost 15lbs, but more importantly, I lowered my body fat to 15%.
This journey has reinforced my belief that with dedication and the right plan, real change is possible. Now, I’m more committed than ever to helping others achieve their own transformations, just as I did.
